LinCity-NG 2 is held in the style of Sim City. So you have to plan a perfect city. Provide permits for commercial/industrial buildings, residential buildings and a good infrastructure so that everyone is supplied with water, electricity, good streets and public transport. Make sure that the garbage is picked up, and medical care. In the beginning you have to get used to the menu guidance. It's a fun game.
