FlightGear is a free flight simulator which primarily focuses on realism. The standard package includes the basic game with some airplanes. For all those who want more, you can download different sets of scenery and aircraft from the developer pages. Typically this genre brings a lot of time and inclination, because it's a simulator, and no action. Getting started is pretty hard.... you have to read and learn a lot.
