Naruto mugen is one of the most popular fighting games available for free. You can create your own characters, opponents, menu and backgrounds(WinMugen). I have uploaded a template so that you can start immediately. It is filled with good music and a variety of fighters. Here is a chance for everyone to create their own fighting game.
I was not able to find the version of the game in the video. There are great scenes that can be found with Google (if interested). This game is specially for Naruto-Fans .
